- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Handle procurement of equipment and supplies needed for facilities operations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing improvement or repair.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations across the site.
Profile
A successful Facilities Manager should have:
- Previous experience in a facilities management role, ideally within the leisure, travel and tourism industry.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong organisational and budgeting skills.
- Ability to manage contractors and coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem–solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Offer
- A salary ranging from 32,000 to 35,000, dependent on the level of experience.
