Are you a Logistics/Facilities Manager looking for a varied role within a fast–paced environment? You will work for a large, well–established logistics company offering flexible working hours, autonomy, and time off in lieu for additional hours worked.
Our company, established in the early 2000s, has grown into a multi‑million‑pound business with almost 200 employees, providing logistics services to automotive, food and pharmaceutical industries. Due to continued growth we are looking to strengthen our operations team.
In this role you will oversee day‑to‑day management of a fleet of around 80 HGVs across four UK sites, coordinate servicing, maintenance and repairs, liaise with Site Managers for smooth operations, manage departmental budgets, procure vehicle parts and site supplies, negotiate with suppliers and respond to operational issues.
This is a 45‑hour week role (typical hours 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm). Additional hours are returned as time off in lieu.
This position is suitable for a Logistics/Facilities Manager or similar, with experience managing HGV fleets and coordinating site operations, who seeks a varied position within a growing logistics business offering flexibility and long‑term progression.
The Role
- Manage a fleet of around 80 HGVs

- Travel to the company's four UK sites approximately once a month
- 45‑hour week with time off in lieu for additional hours worked
