IWFM is seeking a technically competent Facilities Manager to oversee the safe, compliant and efficient operation of all building systems and services at a small shopping centre in West London. This permanent, full-time role requires experience in facilities management within retail or commercial property, with knowledge of M&E and contractor management.
You will work with the Centre Manager and Property Manager on budgets, reporting, and asset planning, while leading capital works and reporting.
