Randstad CPE is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational management of a prime commercial property in the City of London. You will be responsible for hard and soft FM services, H&S compliance, service charge budgeting, and tenant engagement to maintain a world-class workspace.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical awareness with stakeholder management skills, lead contractor oversight, and drive energy efficiency and ESG reporting.
