IWFM in East London is seeking a proactive Building Manager to take ownership of a large residential estate, overseeing day-to-day operations, safety compliance, and on-site teams. You will ensure high service standards for residents and stakeholders, manage maintenance and contractor performance, and contribute to a safe, well-run living environment.
The role is permanent, Monday–Friday, with a 35k pa salary and a pension; you will report to the Estate Manager and participate in an on-call rota.
