The role covers Hard FM, statutory compliance, audits, and contractor management across a Greater Manchester portfolio, with hybrid working (2 days at home, 3 days on-site).
You will review maintenance reports, monitor compliance, and perform site visits to ensure safety and value for money.
Driving licence and ability to travel between sites are essential.
