Barchester is seeking a Head of Maintenance for one of its care homes. You will oversee all maintenance tasks in the building and gardens, lead a small team and support the General Manager with budget planning, liaising with external contractors as needed to ensure high standards of safety and comfort for residents.
You’ll be hands-on with repairs, comfortable working alone when required, and bring trade skills and IT literacy, plus a full UK driving licence and GCSEs in Maths and English.
