The role of Facilities Manager at Parchment Trust is central to our day service which pro-actively supports better lives for disabled people in and around the Hastings area.

We’re looking for a ‘people-person’, with great communication skills, a ‘can do’ attitude and a decent background in facilities, plus a desire to want to make a difference.

We support around 180 people Monday-Friday each week. Your role would involve oversight of our sites, health and safety and fleet of vehicles.

You would be interacting with staff and members, suppliers and contractors, ensuring maintenance was completed and planned pro-actively, with occasional ‘hands on’ DIY tasks. There is also scope to engage in strategic planning and development projects, contributing your ideas and expertise, working as part of our senior management team.

Closing date: 12 o clock Midday on 27th August 2026. Interviews will be held on 2nd and 4th September 2026.
