Catch 22 is recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of high end residential properties across London. This is an excellent opportunity for a facilities management professional with a strong background in health & safety, compliance, and multi–site operations. Please note this is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high standards of hard and soft FM services, ensuring statutory compliance, managing contractors, maintaining occupier relationships, and overseeing planned and reactive maintenance activities across their portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all statutory health, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Manage hard and soft facilities services across multiple residential high rise blocks.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
  • Oversee planned preventative maintenance and reactive works.
  • Build and maintain strong occupier and stakeholder relationships.
  • Monitor contractor performance and service delivery standards.
  • Manage service charge budgets and expenditure.
  • Support sustainability and environmental initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Line manage Building Managers where applicable.

About You

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Facilities Management role.
  • IOSH qualified (NEBOSH desirable).
  • Experience managing compliance, contractors, and service charge budgets.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • IT literate with experience using FM and compliance systems.

  • Salary of GBP45,000 – GBP48,000.
