Facilities Administrator to support FM operational team in Central London

Daily responsibilities will include liaison with service partners making sure that all risk assessments and method statements are completed and filed before works are carried out, producing monthly reporting on service partner performance and dealing with any service partner invoicing, keeping the H&S platform updated, raising PO's and instructing and chasing up works, dealing with post, couriers, making bookings, tracking spend, taking minutes, diary management.

There will also be a lot of direct communication with stakeholders on site both verbal and written so it is important that these are strong. The role does require an individual that is very customer centric and organised.
