Key Responsibilities
As QESH & Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality systems in line with company and client requirements.
- Maintaining and developing the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensuring all legal and regulatory compliance processes are effectively managed.
- Coordinating and overseeing skills development and training programmes across the operation.
- Planning and managing estate, building, infrastructure, and plant maintenance activities.
- Managing internal and external audit programmes.
- Overseeing contractor management and performance.
- Purchasing site consumables and supporting operational requirements.
- Maintaining compliance with: LOLER, PUWER, COSHH, PAT Testing, Legionella Control, Asbestos Management and Fire Safety Regulations
- Managing and maintaining site security systems.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

About You

- Experience working within Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental management systems.
- Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- A proactive and solutions–focused approach.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good IT literacy and experience using management systems.
- The ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
- A motivated, ambitious and success–driven attitude.
Essential:
- IOSH and/or NEBOSH qualification.
- Nat 5 (or equivalent) qualification.
