IWFM in Doncaster is seeking an Automation and Facilities Manager to lead a high‑automation Distribution Centre and a multi‑discipline team of around 70 FTEs. You will drive proactive maintenance, asset care and compliance across all automated systems and site infrastructure.
You will partner with Operations, H&S, Procurement and external partners to minimise downtime and ensure safe, efficient operations in a 24/7 environment. Strong leadership and structured decision‑making are essential.
