IWFM is seeking a Director of Estates & Risk Management in Dartford to lead strategic estates, facilities, Health & Safety, and risk management across multi-site environments. You will shape long-term maintenance and sustainability programmes while ensuring regulatory compliance and value-for-money service delivery.
Reporting to the executive leadership, you will manage capital projects, asset management, budgets and contractor performance, and drive safety and resilience across the estate.
