RGsetsquare recruitment is working with FM and Construction Companies who are responsible for managing a mixture of reactive and planned maintenance contracts across UK.

Rate: 22– 25/hr PAYE
Duration: temp to perm for the right candidate.

We're looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the day–to–day delivery of facilities services at a busy customer site in Crawley. You'll be responsible for maintaining a safe, compliant and well–managed workplace while building strong relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers. You'll lead service teams, manage performance, resolve issues quickly and ensure high standards are delivered every day. The role covers both hard and soft FM services and requires a hands–on, customer–focused approach.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead day–to–day facilities management operations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the customer.
  • Manage service partners and site teams.
  • Ensure health, safety and compliance standards are maintained.
  • Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgets, resources and service delivery priorities.
  • Support sustainability and social value initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in facilities management, workplace management or site operations.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of compliance, health and safety and service delivery.
  • Ability to solve problems, prioritise workload and work at pace.
  • IOSH or similar health and safety qualification desirable.
