IWFM in London is seeking an experienced Estates & Facilities Officer / Caretaker to join our college.

This hands-on role covers security, maintenance, and day-to-day site management to keep the campus safe and well presented.

You will open and secure buildings, perform routine maintenance, liaise with contractors, and support the estates team to ensure a smooth learning environment.

Previous experience in facilities or caretaking and a willingness to obtain an enhanced DBS are preferred.
