Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will ensure the site remains safe, efficient, well maintained, and fully compliant. - Develop, implement, and maintain practical H&S policies and procedures in line with UK legislation.
- Carry out and review risk assessments, method statements, and site safety documentation.

- Support managers and supervisors in promoting a proactive, safety–first approach on the shop floor.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and standards across the site.
- Carry out internal audits, inspections, and compliance checks to maintain high standards.

- Previous experience in a Health & Safety, Facilities, or combined site management role.
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent health and safety qualification.
- IOSH membership or similar professional recognition.
- Experience working in SME environments.
- Familiarity with engineering processes, workshop operations, or hands–on manufacturing environments.

- Strong working knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and compliance requirements.
- Confident in carrying out risk assessments and implementing practical H&S systems.
What you'll get in return:
