IWFM is seeking an Associate Director to lead a portfolio of facilities management services across a Central London buildings portfolio. You will manage a team of Building Managers and work with service partners and building owners to deliver strategic FM outcomes.
You will oversee on-site project work from cradle to grave, appoint contractors, and handle budgets. IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications and governance knowledge are expected as part of managing the service charge budgets.
