IWFM is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of healthcare sites across East Lancashire, including Blackburn, Burnley, Accrington, Nelson, Bacup and Rossendale.
The role involves regular travel and maintaining safe, compliant operations while building strong tenant relationships.
You will report to the Senior Facilities Manager and lead day-to-day site management, health and safety compliance, and lifecycle planning.
