Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day–to–day management of the building and its facilities
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants, contractors, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal policies
- Manage planned and reactive maintenance, coordinating contractors where required
- Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and maintain high building standards
- Support budgeting, reporting, and record–keeping related to building operations
- Respond promptly to emergencies or urgent maintenance needs
About You
- Previous experience in building or facilities management
- Strong communication and customer–service skills
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements
- Ability to manage contractors and oversee maintenance tasks
- Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
