My client, a managing agent, seeks a Residential Facilities Manager with experience in looking after multiple buildings in close proximity, comprising single dwellings and high-rise blocks. You will be responsible for sites all located in the City and West End of Central London.
You will liaise with service partners on a daily basis. Another key part of the role will involve very close tenant engagement as well as attending meetings with the owners of the portfolio. You will report to an Associate Director, and there is certainly scope to grow and develop in the role.
You will be responsible for managing any project works on site from cradle to grave and appointing relevant contractors. There is the ability to work flexibly. You will also have an IOSH/NEBOSH qualification and already be setting and managing service charge budgets.
