My client, a notable Property Company, is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. Key responsibilities include strategically delivering on the firm's objectives for a vast site, primarily comprised of land (brown field) with some buildings.
You will have previous experience managing a site of a similar scale and leading an on-site team. Exposure to overseeing service charge budgets, rent collection, and health and safety on site is essential; therefore, an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is required.
Engaging with specialist contractors, organising and authorising works, and managing strategic service partners on site are also part of the role. It is imperative to forge clear lines of communication, both written and verbal, to operate this flagship site.
The level of service delivery is focused on the tenant experience, and partnering with service partners to create a 'one team ethos' with a customer-centric approach is vital to this role.
This organisation invests in their employees and ensures their careers develop as well.
