Location: Buildings in Greater Manchester.

Pay: Competitive.

Hours: 8am–6pm (1 hour lunch). Own transport required.

Kinetic Recruitment is looking to recruit a Building Manager to oversee a number of commercial properties in the Greater Manchester area. This is a permanent role with office hours from 8am to 6pm (1 hour lunch, paid for 45 hours). Salary disclosed on application but is above market rate.

Responsibilities

  • Operate the reception area and welcome visitors and staff.
  • Liaise with tenants on a daily basis.
  • Book meeting rooms.
  • Ensure cleaning standards are adhered to.
  • Maintain building check sheets, including checking all toilets and showers daily.
  • Liaise with the Facilities Manager about small maintenance works, paint touch-up etc.
  • Check presentation of the building exterior.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service for tenants.
  • If applicable, operate the building’s amenity area and keep coffee machines, vending machines and communal exercise area operational.
  • Close down the building and amenity area at the end of the day, ensuring readiness for the next day.
  • Liaise with senior management on site.
