My client, a niche Managing Agent, is looking for a Senior Building Manager to oversee operations of a site over 220,000 sq ft. You will be customer focused and will implement all process procedures for the site, working alongside an ABM and Engineering Manager.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operations of a large site (over 220,000 sq ft).
- Set and manage service charge budgets.
- Oversee health and safety on site; IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is essential.
- Drive ESG initiatives and oversee fit-out works.
- Manage service partners on site and engage with end users (tenants) daily.
- Maintain clear lines of communication (written and verbal) to support site operations.
- Focus on tenant experience and partner with service providers to create a one-team ethos; maintain a customer-centric approach.
- Opportunity to be involved in other developments and contribute to career development within the organisation.
Qualifications
- Experience managing a site of similar scale.
- Experience setting and managing service charge budgets.
- Health and safety management on site with IOSH or NEBOSH accreditation.
