My client, a notable Property Company, is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. Key responsibilities include strategically delivering on the firm's objectives for a vast site, primarily comprised of land (brown field) with some buildings. You will have previous experience managing a site of a similar scale and leading an on-site team.

Essential qualifications include overseeing service charge budgets, rent collection, and health and safety on site, with IOSH or NEBOSH certifications being necessary. You will engage with specialist contractors, organise and authorise works, and manage strategic relationships with service partners on site while engaging with end users (tenants).

It is imperative to establish clear lines of communication, both written and verbal, to operate this flagship site. The level of service delivery is focused on tenant experience and partnering with service partners to create a 'one team ethos', making a customer-centric approach vital to this role.
