My client, a notable Property Company, is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. Key responsibilities include strategically delivering on the firm's objectives for a vast site, primarily comprised of land (brown field) with some buildings. You will have previous experience managing a site of a similar scale and leading an on-site team.
Essential qualifications include overseeing service charge budgets, rent collection, and health and safety on site, with IOSH or NEBOSH certifications being necessary.
