My client, a managing agent, seeks a Regional Facilities Manager responsible for managing multiple office buildings in close proximity across Central London’s West End and South West End.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations and engage closely with tenants and owners.
- Coordinate and oversee on-site projects from inception to completion, appointing appropriate contractors.
- Develop and administer service charge budgets.
- Report to the Head of FM and contribute to the growth and development of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple office buildings in London.
- Holding IOSH/NEBOSH certification.
