My client, a managing agent, seeks a Regional Facilities Manager responsible for managing multiple office buildings in close proximity across Central London’s West End and South West End.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations and engage closely with tenants and owners.
  • Coordinate and oversee on-site projects from inception to completion, appointing appropriate contractors.
  • Develop and administer service charge budgets.
  • Report to the Head of FM and contribute to the growth and development of the role.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple office buildings in London.
  • Holding IOSH/NEBOSH certification.
  • Capability to set and manage service charge budgets.
  • Flexibility to work on a flexible schedule.
