The Role
Reporting into an MD that manages a £300m T/O business unit in a well known FM provider, you will be responsible for a hard services FM business with a T/O of circa £60m. It is a UK wide business but there is a bias to London centric and clients in the South East. You will be focused on growing the business as well as promoting more self delivery, developing the projects business, increasing data on assets and broadening the energy management service offering. Leading an operational team based out of London and working with a diverse range of private and public sector clients.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will need a strong operational background and a thorough understanding of hard FM. Having operated in a senior leadership role previously for an FM provider and able to get into the London office 2 to 3 days a week. You need excellent communication and relationship building skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to grow a business unit.
