A Managing Agent seeks an Assistant Building Manager to support a Trophy site in Central London.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with service partners ensuring risk assessments and method statements are completed and filed before works are carried out.
  • Produce monthly reporting on service partner performance and deal with any service partner invoicing.
  • Keep the health and safety (H&S) platform updated, raise purchase orders (POs) and instruct and chase up works.
  • Oversee service charge budgets.
  • Communicate directly with tenants on site (verbal and written); be customer-centric and well organized.

Essential qualifications

  • Experience working for a service provider, client side, managing agent or developer operator is key to this role.
