A Managing Agent seeks an Assistant Building Manager to support a Trophy site in Central London. Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Liaison with service partners ensuring that all risk assessments and method statements are completed and filed before works are carried out.
  • Producing monthly reporting on service partner performance and dealing with any service partner invoicing.
  • Keeping the H&S platform updated.
  • Raising POs and instructing and chasing up works.
  • Overseeing service charge budgets.

There will also be a lot of direct communication with tenants on site, both verbal and written, so it is important that these skills are strong. The role requires an individual that is very customer centric and organised.

Essential: Experience working for a service provider, client side, managing agent or developer operator is key to this role.
