Responsibilities:

  • Manage the safety and security of the LiveSmart scheme, undertaking weekly, monthly and quarterly health and safety checks on residents.
  • Liaising on behalf of residents.
  • Signing up and viewing with new potential residents.
  • Dealing with anti-social behaviour.
