IWFM Regional/Special Interest Group is seeking an Interim Property & Facilities Asset Manager to support a major UK organization. This role operates within the Real Estate team on a 6-9 month hybrid contract while overseeing property asset replacement and facilities management across a varied UK estate. Candidates should have strong experience in Corporate Real Estate, building maintenance, and asset management, and ideally knowledge of M&E systems.
