My client, a managing agent, seeks an Estates Facilities Manager to oversee multiple buildings located in the West End of Central London. The portfolio primarily consists of office sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for service partners and coordinate their activities on a daily basis.
- Engage closely with tenants and attend meetings with portfolio owners.
- Report to the Head of Facilities Management and pursue opportunities for career development within the organisation.
- Plan, manage and complete all on-site projects from inception to completion, including selecting and appointing contractors.
- Develop and administer service charge budgets.
- Provide flexible working arrangements where needed.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in facilities management of multiple offices in close proximity sites.
- Industry qualifications such as IOSH or NEBOSH.
