Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day–to–day management of the building and its facilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants, contractors, and service providers
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal policies
  • Manage planned and reactive maintenance, coordinating contractors where required
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and maintain high building standards
  • Support budgeting, reporting, and record–keeping related to building operations
  • Respond promptly to emergencies or urgent maintenance needs

About You

  • Previous experience in building or facilities management
  • Strong communication and customer–service skills
  • Good understanding of health and safety requirements
  • Ability to manage contractors and oversee maintenance tasks
