Hospitality Portfolio

We are working with a well–established, privately owned property and hospitality group with a growing portfolio across restaurants, hotels, and commercial property investments. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking an Acquisitions / Estate Manager to play a key role in identifying, negotiating, and securing new sites that support long–term growth.

The Role

Based from the North West London head office, this role will be responsible for managing acquisitions activity across a broad territory, working closely with senior leadership and cross–functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and securing new sites across restaurant, hotel, and wider commercial property portfolios
  • Managing the full acquisition process end–to–end: sourcing, Heads of Terms, feasibility, planning, and legal
  • Building strong relationships with agents, developers, landlords, local authorities, and professional advisors
  • Carrying out site appraisals, demographic analysis, and financial assessments
  • Negotiating commercially robust deals that deliver long–term value
  • Maintaining a strong pipeline of future opportunities aligned to business strategy
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams including legal, construction, and operations
  • Supporting strategic decision–making with clear, well–structured recommendations

About You

  • Proven experience in acquisitions, estate management, or property development
  • Background in multi–site retail, hospitality, leisure, or hotel environments
  • Strong commercial awareness and confident negotiation skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects across a wide geographic territory
  • Ability to operate effectively within a fast–paced, entrepreneurial, privately owned business
  • MRICS qualification preferred but not essential
