Purpose of the Role
Co‑ordinate the end‑to‑end delivery of IWFM Direct, ensuring a positive learner experience and meeting awarding organisation standards.
The role operates remotely, with required face‑to‑face briefing sessions once per year, and may require additional sessions depending on role and team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer queries from learners within agreed service levels.
- Update, maintain and follow all standard operating procedures and documentation.
- Co‑ordinate the panel of assessors and tutors to ensure delivery within service levels and quality thresholds.
- Co‑ordinate the review of learning materials to keep them current.
- Maintain assessment processes and systems, raising issues to stakeholders.
- Coordinate moderation and standardisation meetings with the Centre and Quality Manager.
- Administer appeals, complaints and reasonable adjustment processes.
- Undertake plagiarism and malpractice checks.
- Provide required information to the awarding organisation timely and accurately.
- Maintain the Centre Quality Management Plan.
- Monitor learner progress and liaise with Tutors to achieve completion targets.
- Generate monthly qualification performance reports.
- Liaise with internal departments to align member and learner journeys.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Focus on quality, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and team working skills; able to multitask and prioritise.
- Technically literate with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of awarding organisation processes.
- Knowledge of digital learning.
