We are partnering with a prestigious corporate bank in London to find a talented Facilities Manager for a fixed–term contract role for 12 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage and maintain the bank’s facilities while working in a hybrid role, with 3 days a week on–site.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day–to–day operations of the bank’s facilities, ensuring the highest standards of service and safety.
- Manage building maintenance, cleaning, security, and other operational services.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure cost–effective service delivery and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead and manage a small facilities team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Monitor and control facilities budgets, ensuring efficiency and adherence to financial targets.
- Coordinate office moves, space planning, and refurbishment projects in line with business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and environmental standards within the facilities.

- Proven experience in facilities management within a corporate or banking environment.
