Overview
Stockport Homes Group is seeking an exceptional Assistant Director Housing Plus to shape high impact services that help people thrive, live independently and reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
In this influential role, you will lead a diverse portfolio including Social Inclusion, Housing Support, Employment and Skills, Older Persons Services, Housing Options, Carecall, Temporary Accommodation and a range of innovative, externally funded programmes. You’ll lead and inspire over 180 colleagues, drive service excellence and champion a strong, collaborative culture across our Group.
We’re looking for someone who:

- Leads strategic change with confidence, creativity and a focus on real outcomes.
- Has a proven track record in delivering high performing, customer focused Housing Plus services.
