About Stockport Homes Group
Stockport Homes Group is looking for an exceptional Assistant Director Assets and Development to lead one of our most critical and high-impact portfolios. In this influential role, you will have strategic oversight of asset management, capital investment, building safety, compliance, energy efficiency and newbuild development. You will lead multidisciplinary teams across assets, development, compliance and design, ensuring our homes are safe, sustainable and fit for the future while driving innovation, value for money and long-term investment.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has extensive senior leadership experience across housing assets, maintenance, compliance or residential development.
- Brings strong strategic, commercial and financial acumen, with a proven track record of delivering complex programmes.
- Has deep knowledge of building safety, regulatory compliance and property standards, with the credibility to lead in a highly regulated environment.
- Is an engaging and collaborative leader who inspires high performance and builds strong partnerships.
- Communicates with confidence, integrity and a clear values driven approach.
