Do you have a passion for sports, content, and creative marketing? Are you ready to take your career to the next level by driving revenue through innovative partnerships? We’re looking for a Sales Director to join a dynamic and fast-paced team within one of the worlds leading sports media groups.
You will take responsibility for one of the groups key assets on a global basis, working closely with internal teams and external partners to bring creative commercial concepts to life and maximise revenue opportunities. You’ll harness its global community and reach to connect with top-tier media agencies and brands. From there, your role will expand to include the groups wider sports assets, driving engagement across a variety of digital media formats, including rich media, video, audio, and editorial.
Your Mission:
You’ll be tasked with growing sponsorship and brand revenue through:
- Creative Collaboration : Partner with internal teams to design new content formats, scaling media inventory and uncovering new revenue streams.
- Comprehensive Portfolio Management : Lead the charge across all aspects of our diverse media offerings, from sponsorships to programmatic direct and display deals.
- Strategic Market Expansion : Develop go-to-market strategies for brand direct and agency outreach, ensuring Better Collective becomes a top choice for media buyers.
- Relationship Building : Cultivate and nurture key strategic relationships with media agencies and brands to unlock long-term revenue opportunities.
- Campaign Success : Ensure flawless campaign execution, measuring success, and providing detailed performance reporting to partners.
- Pipeline Development : Proactively grow a strong pipeline of new partners and revenue opportunities across all markets.

- Proven Experience : Strong background in the commercialisation of publisher sites and a solid understanding of sports fan audiences.
- Passion for Sports : A deep love for sports (and a willingness to dive into Esports) that fuels your creativity and commercial acumen.
