We\’re Hiring: Quantity Surveyor

Ready to take your Quantity Surveying career to the next level? We\’re a forward-thinking construction company with a robust 10-year pipeline of secured work, and we\’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor who\’s ready to make a real impact.
As a self-delivering Quantity Surveyor with expertise in industrial & commercial property, groundworks, and civils, you\’ll work on diverse projects, gain end-to-end commercial exposure, and be part of a supportive, ambitious team that\’s focused on both quality delivery and professional growth.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Managing the full commercial lifecycle of projects – from valuations and CVRs to final accounts
- Delivery of key packages including groundworks, steel and cladding
- Identifying opportunities to improve margin through smart procurement and commercial insight
- Engaging with project teams on-site to stay ahead of cost implications and ensure timely decisions
- Administering contracts, preparing notices, and managing supply chain accounts
- Working closely with the Commercial Manager to ensure projects remain profitable and compliant
What You Bring
- Experience in construction (industrial/groundworks experience is required)
- Good working knowledge of the Preconstruction stage
- Confident working under JCT contracts
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is essential.
- Great organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
- A proactive mindset and a positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Full, clean UK driving licence
