What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating bold placement prints and patterns based on customer briefs
- Producing production-ready artwork using Illustrator / Photoshop
- Grading and adapting designs across sizes and fits
- Colour matching prints, Pantones and materials to ensure accuracy
- Supporting sampling, ordering, testing and on‑garment approvals
- Collaborating closely with production, sales and factory teams on‑site
- Contributing new ideas, trend insights and creative approaches
What We’re Looking For
- Skilled in Illustrator (essential) and Photoshop (strong advantage)
- Experienced in print design for fashion, textiles or activewear
- Precise, organised and technically minded
- Comfortable balancing creativity with commercial value
- Confident working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
- A team player
Bonus (but Not Essential)
- Knowledge of AVA or similar CAD/CAM print systems
- Experience working with stretch materials
Qualifications & Background
- Degree or equivalent experience in a design‑related discipline
- 2-4+ years in a similar print/textile/fashion role
- Experience preparing designs for production/manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail, colour sensitivity and accuracy
