Join one of the UK's most rapidly expanding agencies as a Senior Property Manager, overseeing a stunning portfolio of properties and helping to deliver exceptional service. Our client, driven by exciting partnerships within the luxury living space, is looking for a Senior Property Manager to take ownership of their own portfolio. With great leadership steering the agency and a commitment to providing a full end-to-end service for landlord investors, this is your chance to shape a role in a company that values service above all and has ambitious plans for certain growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with landlords in a way that reflects the high-level service
- Arrange, carry out, and follow up on snagging reports for new-build properties
- Ensure that we have a suitable number of key sets for tenants and suitably manage any new properties
- All work is mainly office-based, with other tasks outsourced, such as check-ins and inventory checks
- Organize and recommend maintenance works, including new build snagging and defects management
- Make regular 'check-in' calls with landlords
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our customers and landlords
- Renew and negotiate tenancy agreements
- Deal with deposit apportionments
- Manage a portfolio of properties
- Responsibility for 'key client' portfolios
- Lead and coach a small team
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy lettings/property management office
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
- Experience with property lettings software
- Exceptional customer service skills and strong organizational skills
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- A naturally upbeat and positive person with a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
