- Hitting and exceeding individual and team targets
- Representing a premium brand with confidence and professionalism
What We're Looking For
- This role suits a young, hungry, sales-driven personality.
- You’ll ideally have:
- At least 2 years' experience in a target-driven sales role
- A proven ability to work to - and exceed - KPIs
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
- A resilient, energetic and competitive mindset
- Excellent organisation and time management
- The ability to build rapport quickly and close decisively
- A proactive, self-motivated approach
- Experience in lettings or property is a bonus - but not essential. Sales ability and attitude matter more.
