Our client is looking for a passionate Manager with a strong accommodation or hotel management background who is looking for a fresh challenge where you can bring the skills and experience you have into one which can offer the same rewards and working environment but without the unsociable working hours. The role will utilise the skills you have gained from within accommodation or hotel management and put them into practice in this hugely operationally focused and service driven environment.
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Managers that are commercially focused, results orientated with exceptional customer service skills who can lead a team to deliver the highest standards to their customers. Given it's away from the world of hotels it has a better work / life balance with almost exclusively Mon-Fri working hours although some evenings and weekend days may need to be worked when necessary.
