Residential Lettings Negotiator – IWC Independent Worldwide Consolidators SpA
£26,000 + Commission (OTE £40,000) • Permanent – Alderley Edge, Cheshire

Whether you come from lettings, estate agency, consultative sales, telesales or face‑to‑face customer engagement, this could be the perfect next step.
The Role
You’ll be part of a central sales team responsible for filling high‑quality accommodation and achieving 100% occupancy for the upcoming academic year. You’ll handle warm leads, support prospective residents, and help guide them through the booking journey. It’s a role for someone who thrives in phone‑based sales and can convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing inbound enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, WeChat and other messaging platforms
- Handling remote bookings for UK and international customers
- Creating rebooking & referral opportunities using strong customer relationships and social media engagement (TikTok, Instagram, WeChat, Red)
- Scheduling viewings with on‑site residence teams nationwide
- Following up every lead to maximise conversion and hit lettings targets
- Supporting brand awareness and providing a first‑class customer experience
- Reporting on daily/weekly activity, conversions and lettings performance
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Lettings, Estate Agency, Consultative Sales, Telesales, Customer Service or Promotions
- Confident communicator with strong written and spoken skills
- Organised, proactive and motivated by achieving targets & earning commission
- Able to build rapport quickly with customers from the UK and overseas
- Additional languages are a bonus but not essential
- Personable, professional, reliable and committed to delivering results
Hours & Flexibility
This is a full‑time role based in Alderley Edge, with some flexible shifts to support international markets. Occasional Saturdays/Bank holidays may be required (with time off in lieu). One WFH day per week available.
