What You’ll Be Doing

  • Install & Shine : You’ll lead the way in installing air conditioning and refrigeration systems (split systems, VRF/VRV) that you’ll be proud to show off. The majority of your work will be installs.
  • Troubleshoot Like a Pro : Diagnose issues, fix what’s broken, and keep everything running smoothly.
  • Stay Compliant : Keep up with F-Gas regs (don’t worry, we’ve got your back on this).
  • Collaborate & Create : Work with a great team and awesome clients to deliver top-notch results.

What We’re Looking For In The Ideal Air Conditioning Engineer

We’re after someone with:

  • At least 4 years’ experience in air conditioning and/or refrigeration. (ideally working with Mitsubishi and Daikin products)
  • A solid understanding of HVAC systems , refrigeration principles , and F-Gas regs .
  • The skills to install and maintain systems like comfort cooling split systems , VRF/VRV , and maybe even HRUs , AHUs , or ductwork.
  • A knack for solving problems and a sharp eye for detail.
  • The ability to read technical drawings without breaking a sweat.

Air Conditioning Engineer Qualifications

  • City & Guilds or NVQ in refrigeration or air conditioning.
  • F-Gas 2079 certification
  • DBS cleared (or comfortable having a background security clearance check)
  • A clean driving licence and a love for the open road (you’ll be travelling a bit!).
