The Solent Seascape Project is a collaborative, innovative restoration project aiming to restore four key habitats of seagrass, saltmarsh, native oyster reefs and coastal bird habitats. We are looking for volunteers to assist in monitoring the occurrence and frequency of a number of recreational activities such as boat movements, anchoring and mooring, and activities like bait digging and dog walking. The surveys will occur throughout August and September at Osbourne Bay and Palmer's Farm. The surveys should last 1 hour and take place between the hours of 11:00 and 14:00. You don’t need to commit to all surveys.
