Full-Time Early Years Practitioner - Station Road, Thames Ditton We are looking for a warm, honest and hardworking Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly nursery in Thames Ditton, KT7 0NR. Our nursery is a beautiful, homely setting which has a huge outdoor space which we have turned into a Forest School for children of all ages to enoy. We have a coop for our gorgeous chickens, lots of space for messy play and even an outdoor hand washing station to ensure we are following hygeine standards. The role of a Nursery Practitioner You will work as part of a close-knit team that supports one another and shares a genuine passion for helping children learn, grow and thrive. Your responsibilities will include: * Providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for all children. * Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities. * Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS. * Building warm and trusting relationships with children and their families. * Observing children's progress and helping to plan their next steps. * Supporting children's personal care and daily routines. * Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming nursery environment. * Working closely with colleagues to provide consistently high-quality care. Working hours of the Nursery Practitioner This is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours across four days each week. Your working hours will be 7:30am to 6:30pm, with appropriate breaks. The four-day working week provides a regular weekday away from work while still offering stable full-time hours. An appropriate Early Years or childcare qualification at Level 2 or above is a must and relevant experience would be desirable. Any appointment will be subject to the necessary safer recruitment and safeguarding checks.
