What We're Looking For:

· Proven sales performance in FMCG / supplements / beauty / retail

· Strong negotiation + pipeline discipline

· Existing UK buyer/distributor relationships are a big advantage

· Fluent English (obviously)

Your Responsibilities:

· Build UK distribution: retail, pharmacy, wholesalers, distributors

· Drive outreach, pitch, negotiations, and closings

· Expand accounts and push reorder growth

· Work with marketing/ops to accelerate sell-in and promotions

Earnings Example:

· £50,000 cash-in / month → £10,000 commission

· £120,000 cash-in / month → £24,000 commission
