Overview
Principal Consultant – Oracle HCM Specialist for Technology, Transformation & Change Professionals in the Public Sector. Location: London Area, United Kingdom. This role is with Ivy Rock Partners. Base pay range is provided, and compensation will be based on skills and experience; discuss with your recruiter for details.
Base pay range
£57,510 per annum (as well as the Local Government Pension Scheme). Flexible hybrid arrangement — ideally 1 day/week onsite but may be considered as 1 day/month onsite.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the SME for Oracle HCM and Payroll modules.
- Design, configure and optimise Oracle Fusion to meet business needs.
- Respond to and resolve technical issues and service tickets.
- Lead and deliver system enhancements, working in Agile sprints.
- Review and implement Oracle updates and patch releases.
- Liaise with third-party support, internal teams and Oracle directly.
- Provide functional support and training to end users.
- Create reports using OBIEE, SQL and other tools.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll configuration.
- Background in application support and systems development.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
