Seeking a commercially minded and technically strong Management Accountant to join its high-performing Finance team. This is a key role supporting the delivery of accurate, timely and insightful financial information, enabling effective decision-making across the organisation. Working closely with operational leaders and Finance Business Partners, you will play a pivotal role in delivering robust management accounts, budgets and forecasts, while driving continuous improvement across financial processes and reporting.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of month-end processes, ensuring accurate and timely management reporting
- Produce monthly management accounts, including detailed variance analysis and commentary
- Support the budgeting and forecasting cycle, working closely with budget holders
- Act as a trusted finance contact for operational stakeholders, providing guidance and challenge
- Analyse financial performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with Finance Business Partners to deliver joined-up financial insight
- Drive improvements in reporting, systems and financial processes
- Support year-end activities and statutory reporting requirements
- Produce ad hoc analysis and reports to support decision-making
Must be fully qualified for this role.
